A rough rock, cut and polished on one side with a natural back.
Has a flat side so it sits nicely as a display specimen.
Dimensions at widest points approximately 200 mm high x 140 mm wide x 50 mm thick.
It occurs in a geological unit called the "Mt. McGrath Formation" which has an age of close to 2 billion years. Nearest town is Paraburdoo in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
