Chalcedony.

This unusual Chalcedony occurs in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. It exhibits a range of colour from purple through to a pale chrysoprase green. Dendrites of manganese are common throughout the stone. It formed as nodules in the saprolite (clay) overlying a large serpentine outcrop.
