Lepidolite

Lepidolite is a lithia mica and is usually lilac or purple coloured .

There are many locations around Australia where it occurs, however only one location in Western Australia has produced blue lepidolite.

It has been discovered near a small town called Yalgoo which is approximately 280 miles north of Perth.
